<p>Rang Tara again went to voicemail, left another voicemail message for Tara to make contact</p>
<p>Emma has all relevant documentation, there will be no sign up appointment as such, but Emma will get the documents back to me over the weekend so I can submit for settlement on Monday</p>
<p>Contract generated, Emma happy to receive the documents without my presence, I have laid up an explanatory document, renamed the files and emailed everything to Emma so she can read, sign, and return relevant documents so I can prepare for settlement</p>
<p>Client advised on credit outcome, fees, charges, interest rate, loan term etc. all explained customer is happy to proceed.</p>
<p>I have sent dealer invoice to generate loan documentation to send to customer</p>
<p>Application conditionally approved, I will require dealer invoice to send to the lender in order to generate documents</p>
