<p>Met up with Jarrod at his home Sunday night in Shell Cove at 9.30 pm went through all the paperwork, also received supporting documentation&nbsp;from his wife Mel, all documents duly signed and witnessed.</p>

<p>We have completed an application from, applicant is on a 482 temporary working visa, expiry August 2023, I have also sent him an email giving him a list of supporting documentation i will require in order to be able to submit his application for approval.</p>

<p>Upon receipt of the required information I will then complete preliminary assessment in order to obtain an approval for the applicant.</p>

<p>Just spoke with Jarrod, he is now staying at the Gold Coast fro an extra day, I will meet up with him and his wife Mel Sunday night at Shell Cove at 9.30 pm</p>

<p>After receiving the approval the customer then insisted on an interest free loan, to which I said cant do, loan application withdrawn.</p>

<p>Spoke with Jarrod gave him repayment options with and without warranty, we are looking to confirm a sign up time around Sunday evening at Shell Cove.</p>

<p>I have explained that I will need his wife to sign the privacy document as well as provide 2 x recent payslips to confirm her contribution to household expenses, I have also told Jarrod I will also require a copy of the council rates notice for both their home and the separate land also at Shell Cove.</p>

<p>Jarrod did not see a problem with any of those requests.</p>
