<p>Tried calling again, mobile turned off, went to voicemail, left a message and also sent another follow up text, which read " Hello Pepe, I tried calling you last night and left a voicemail message as well as sending you an sms, I am trying to contact you to assist you in relation to getting a loan approval for a Holden Commodore, please call me back when you get a chance on 0403331998 thank you".</p>

<p>Tried calling the customer, went through to voicemail, left voicemail message as well as sending the following sms.</p>

<p>Contact made application form almost completed, still require some information. I have sent "Sam" an sms with the outstanding information I require as well as two recent payslips to be emailed to les@iseekcarloans.com.au</p>

<p>I have had a couple of missed calls from this applicant late this afternoon, I have tried to return the calls but they have gone to voicemail, left a voicemail message also sent a follow up sms letting the customer know I have been trying to contact him and have asked him to call me back at his convenience.</p>

<p>Received sms from Minh saying bank statements will be sent through at 12.00 am, I am assuming p.m</p>

<p>Received a phone call from Herb, he just finished training, I have explained the process we need to go through to get him the car, he will access the finance link when he gets home and will send me an sms when completed, I will then check his credit file, prefill and application form, then call him to finish the application form and get him to email through a couple of payslips so I can finalise his application.</p>
