<p>Checked credit history no adverse findings, capacity appears evident, although tight, but given the nature of his increased income with each passing year until he becomes a fully qualified plumber, financially he will only go from strength to strength</p>

<p>1st December Met up with Lachlan at the dealership, went through the numbers he also rang his Dad and said his Dad was happy with the rate and repayments and so was he, but he just wanted to try his bank to see if he could get a better deal.</p>

<p>Loan settled, settlement advice emailed to the dealership, also confirmed received.</p>

<p>Congratulations passed onto the customer and he was advised to make contact with the dealership in order to pick up his new car.</p>

<p>1st December deal submitted to settlement, however, the deal had to go back to credit for sign off on the new clearer payslips, awaiting settlement outcome.</p>

<p>Met up with Patrick at the dealership on Friday the 29th November to sign all paperwork abd download payslips.</p>

<p>Went through all the paperwork, explained all, Patrick was happy to proceed, acknowledged and dated all relevant paperwork, and put insurance in pplace whilst at the dealership with Budget Direct over the phone</p>

<p>Rang Patrick went through the numbers and made sure he was happy with the outcome and willing to proceed towards sign up and settlement, which he was happy to do.</p>

<p>I also told him I will&nbsp;need him to access his payroll on my phone so I can email payslips directly to myself, rather than Patrick taking screen shots from his phone.</p>

<p>Viewed clients credit history no adverse findings, capacity appears to be evident even now he is on day shift and not receiving night shift allowances at the moment, happy to proceed on the basis that his current income will comfortably cover, rental repayments, living expenses and the proposed loan contract.</p>
