<p>I did not receive a return call from applicant, and he has not completed finance link sms'd to him, he is working for his Step Father and is getting paid cash in hand, i told him I would require a letter of employment stating that he is being paid cash in hand, and 2 x recent payslips with Year to Date figures on them showing his earnings this financial year, I can only assume that he is not on the books and his Step father is not willing to state&nbsp;other wise,.</p>
