<p>Tried calling the customer went to voicemail, left a message for customer to make contact,also sent an sms regarding the same</p>

<p>Candice will touch down in Sydney this morning at 10.30 a.m. and will Uber it to the yard, I will be waiting at the yard to go through paperwork</p>

<p>Spoke with Candice went through interest rate, loan breakdown, monthly repayments with and without warranty, Candice elected to keep the warranty, she said she will organise a flight to Sydney for the 29th October.</p>

<p>Also sent sms to Candice reminding her to bring her Passport, Medicare, QLD and NSW drivers licenses</p>

<p>Approval granted by Pepper Money&nbsp;</p>

<p>Yesterday Chased Pepper Settlements 3 times, also rang Pepper BDM twice chasing result, also rang ACL re their credit decision which they promised they would get to me this morning.</p>

<p>Also submitted application to alternative lender late Friday afternoon, I still require last 3 months personal loan statements from Candice, sent her an sms later yesterday ( not wanting to harass her too much over the weekend)</p>

<p>Also sent an email this morning with bank statements link, rang and left voicemail asking Candice to make contact.</p>

<p>Spoke with customer yesterday afternoon, and said we would talk again in about an hour as I was with customers at the time.</p>

<p>Rang back, went to voicemail, customer claims he is oon a working visa, but runs off his own ABN, working visas do not work like that, I will try again this morning to make further contact.</p>
