<p>Acquired her full name, email address etc. and have sent her an sms from our online application platform, asking her to complete the application online, we may have issues with her drivers license however, she lives in NSW has a QLD ;license and her current license has expired.</p>

<p>Tried calling Penina again today with no response, call went through to voicemail, left another voicemail message and have sent a final sms, if no response within next 24 hours, I will withdraw the loan enquiry</p>

<p>Spoke to Beverley twice yesterday, she said she will get onto the application when she got home, I checked last night no attempt made by Beverley, I called and it went to voicemail, I tried calling again today with the same result, I have since sent her an sms and have sms'd you (Adam) a copy of the same sms sent to Beverley</p>

<p>Once bank statements have been received I will then confirm receipt of same and I will then begin my preliminary assessment in relation to capacity and general banking conduct</p>
